Mental health is complex and depends on many factors. In order to reduce stress, it therefore often takes more than the yoga course during lunch break. Our trainings, workshops, coaching sessions and consultations address different levels of your organization and promote mental health where it is important for you.

Audio Guide
ToolWhat prevents people with agoraphobia from using the elevator? How do social anxieties affect meetings? The Mental Health Audio Guide explains mental stress and illnesses at work in a clear and location-specific way in the organization. It sensitizes its listeners and creates sympathy for those affected.
Exhibition „SHITSHOW“
ToolThe exhibition “SHITSHOW – a show about shitty feelings” raises awareness for the topic of depression, anxiety and burnout. It works with design objects (MOODSUITS®), which make central psychosomatic symptoms physically perceptible, thus strengthening awareness, self-perception and understanding.
MODDSUITS®
ToolMOODSUITS® are design objects that make psychosomatic symptoms of depression, burnout and anxiety physically tangible. Developed on the basis of surveys of affected people, MOODSUITS® strengthen self-perception and external perception, awareness and understanding. They can be used on their own or in workshops.

TalkIn the context of events we take the topic “Mental Health at Work” to large and small stages. In our distinctive SHITSHOW manner we underline the relevance of the topic, highlight factors such as stigma and show ways to strengthen mental health at work. Burnout 101
TalkWhat is burnout, how do we know if we are affected and what can we do about it? “Burnout 101” is a keynote (either digital or irl) that sensitizes employees on the fundamentals of burnout, and presents initial courses for action on the individual and team level. The keynote closes with a Q&A, where participants get the chance to ask a certified psychologist individual questions.
